Below are the guidelines for orders from shop.robbertstreng.nl (also read the full General Terms and Conditions here). These guidelines are conform to the Dutch Home Shopping Organization (https://www.thuiswinkel.org/en/) standards, set in consultation with the Consumer Association, adhering to Dutch law.

Regions
We’re currently offer our products up to a maximum of 2 kilos and a maximum size of 50×100 cm to customers in the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium. If a product exceeds the maximum weight and/or size, this will be indicated during the ordering process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process or ship orders to other countries at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our service area in the future!

Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within five business days. Once shipped, a tracking code is provided.

If for any reason we do not meet this shipping time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within the Netherlands. Fees apply for the regions UK, Germany, France, and Belgium, currently a flat-rate. (€ 15,00 in total for all items in your cart).

Return Policy
Orders can be canceled within 14 days without reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

Report the cancellation to info@robbertstreng.nl. In any case, please state the order number and the title of the product you wish to cancel. You will then receive the information to which you can return the product.

The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product is returned within that time in good order and in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged upon return, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.

Product Images
Efforts are made to accurately represent products. However, slight color variations may occur. No rights can be derived from this.

If a work is shown in the webshop with a frame, this will be included in the sale at no extra cost.
